Housing
Jie and I are starting to kick up the housing search. We have a couple of options, we can remotely search using ads on the HBS page and sign a lease without ever seeing the place, or we can fly up there and spend a few frantic days scouting the place. I think we will probably end up going up there, but we're not sure yet. Also, we have to decide whether we want to live alone or with a roommate(s). There is also the (slim) possibility of getting a furnished apartment somewhere. That would certainly save money moving back and forth, but unfortunately there are just not a lot of furnished places out there. We are also thinking of trying to get a place with a reasonable sized yard so that we can get a puppy. That would be really great, but I have no idea how feasible it will be. I guess we'll see...
